Berry Smoothie

Gem wanted to try making smoothies. She doesn’t like bananas, so I found a recipe that didn’t call for one. We’ve experimented with different yogurts and berries, and haven’t made a bad batch yet!

  • ½ cup yogurt plain, flavored, or fruit-filled

Notes

This versatile recipe can be adjusted to suit your preferences or ingredients on hand. Substitute raspberries, blackberries, or mulberries for the blueberries. Or use just strawberries. Try adding a banana.
We like using fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt; either strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, or black cherry.
The yogurt and milk can be substituted with dairy-free versions.
