Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until ice is crushed. Pour into two tall glasses.

This versatile recipe can be adjusted to suit your preferences or ingredients on hand. Substitute raspberries, blackberries, or mulberries for the blueberries. Or use just strawberries. Try adding a banana. We like using fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt; either strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, or black cherry.The yogurt and milk can be substituted with dairy-free versions.
