package pitted prunes
water
sugar

vanilla extract

Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, cover the prunes with water. Cook in microwave until soft.
Drain the remaining liquid. Beat the prunes with a mixer. Add sugar and vanilla to taste.

Use for filling kolaches.
