Ingredients

flour

baking powder

Instructions
Preheat skillet on medium. (Nonstick pans work best; don't use any oil.)
Mix together dry ingredients with a fork.
In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the milk and oil. Pour all at once into the flour mixture.
Mix with fork or whisk until all the flour is incorporated but tiny lumps remain.
Pour about ¼ cup batter onto hot pan. Cook 1 - 2 minutes until top is bubbly and bottom is nicely browned. Flip and cook 1 - 2 minutes more.
Serve with butter and syrup. Makes about 14 4-inch pancakes.
