Quick & Easy Eggnog
This recipe, adapted from Betty Crocker’s Cookbook for Boys and Girls, is the one I had as a child. The original used just milk; I switched that up to milk and half & half to make it a bit creamier. And I mix it in the blender; so quick & easy when you want just a glass or two of eggnog. 😊

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbl sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup half & half
- nutmeg
Directions
- Crack egg into the blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
- Add sugar and salt. Blend for another minute.
- Add vanilla, milk, and half & half. Blend for ten seconds.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes two servings.
